Girls on the Run of Berks County is a local nonprofit organization is dedicated to creating a world where every girl knows and activates her limitless potential and is free to boldly pursue her dreams. We inspire girls to be joyful, healthy and confident using a fun, experience-based curriculum which creatively integrates running. Position Profile
The Girls on the Run® of Berks County Program Manager is passionate about and committed to improving the lives and opportunities of girls in third through eighth grades. The Program Manager is a full-time, salary exempt position and reports to the Girls on the Run of Berks County Executive Director. The Program Manger is responsible for managing all Girls on the Run programs and coach volunteers. Key responsibilities within these areas include but are not limited to:

This position is full-time, with a salary range of $40,000 - $45,000 annually, depending on experience. We proudly offer 20 days of PTO and 10 paid company holidays so our staff can nurture their physical, emotional, and social wellbeing in ways that are personally meaningful to them. We offer a flexible, remote work schedule with regular team check-ins (both in-person and virtual) for team collaboration. Required availability will fluctuate as needed to meet seasonal programming needs; some evening and weekend availability is necessary to support coach, volunteer and fundraising events. Candidates must reside in either Berks County or Schuylkill County. Ideal position start date is February 2023.
