Reporting directly to the Chief Engagement Officer and consistent with the mission of Girls on the Run International, the Individual Giving Manager is responsible for designing, implementing and coordinating an organization-wide individual giving and stewardship strategy to ensure that we advance relationships and meet contributed income goals. This position includes research, strategy and reporting to cultivate and steward all donor levels and plays an integral role in growing a culture of philanthropy within the organization. Paramount to this position is the ability to work with a high degree of independence and to juggle various projects at once, while maintaining a clear view of how each project supports the organization’s mission.

This is an exempt, full-time position at 40 hours per week, offering a compensation range of $50,000 – $53,000 annually, depending on experience. In addition, Girls on the Run International is proud to offer a generous PTO plan, a comprehensive benefits package including company-subsidized medical and dental coverage, vision coverage, life insurance, paid medical leave and a 401K with an employer match. This position is remote. The selected candidate must currently reside in or have immediate plans to relocate to one of the following states: California, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas.
